Beautifully Restored Back To Original Appearance

Presented here is a 1932 Chevrolet Confederate Deluxe Special Sedan. This was the introductory year for this model and was a home run for Chevrolet. Likewise, it has been well received by the collector hobby and is a feature at many events.

The car was restored with the desire to keep the 32 as true to original as practical. The exterior has been finished in a factory combination of Navy Blue Black and presents beautifully. That long Confederate hood features chrome plated door louvers and is topped off with that ultra-cool stock hood ornament. The black finish looks great applied to the stylish running boards and the flowing deep fenders on our twin side mount example. The rear luggage rack completes the 30s statement nicely, along with the single tail light. The glass and the chrome are also in good to very good driver quality.

Inside you will find the restorer continued the factory stock them with the seats, carpeting, dash board, door panels and headliner all reproduced with an eye towards authenticity. Seating represents the tan mohair look of the era and is comfortable and well-tailored. The upholsterer used new foam and springs, whenever needed and the stitching is first rate. The dash features the standard gauges Oil/Amps/Water/Fuel/MPH the odometer. The drivers seat is adjustable, you have built in sun visors, a heater and Chevrolet even spoils you with one wiper.

We believe this is the original drive train here which consists of a rebuilt six-cylinder engine that displaces 194 cubic-inches and pushes out 60 horsepower. There is a three-speed synchromesh manual gearbox with the shifter on the floor and four-wheel drum brakes to bring the 30s road show to a complete stop. The 18 wide white wall tires surround the yellow spoke wheels, just like in 32.

Our price represents a solid bargain for anyone who does the math on current on restoration costs. A true collectible, ready to drive and enjoy and all at a bargain price.
