Oil Leak.

Oil Leak.Fantastic, I found an oil leak.
I've uploaded a picture, so hopefully if anyone has any advice or can point out something that I haven't done, then that would be great.

Under to a sort of a ledge seems to be where the leak is.Where that arrow points is a hole, it seems to be a manufactured hole, as there is of course another one on the other side, however oil doesn't come out from there.
I had removed the cylinderhead some time back,is there something I haven't put back...!?
